Effective Home Treatment Head Louse

Head louse is a home invader. Once a member of the family catches it, the parasite keeps spreading from person to person, feeding on the family's blood. This invasion calls for an effective home treatment head louse. To keep your children and grown ups of the family, try these effective ways of home treatment head louse.
Vasoline
Vasoline is a working home treatment head louse. Apply it to the hair and put on a plastic cap or covering. Leave it like this overnight. In the morning, get the Vasoline out by applying peanut butter to the hair, and then wash later to get your hair cleared of all the lice and eggs.
Dog Shampoo
If the person under a lice attack is an adult, you can have him/her try dog shampoo for eliminating lice. Wet the hair thoroughly and apply the dog shampoo to it. Cover with a towel for about half an hour. Wash your head as normal. Remember not to use dog shampoo as home treatment head louse for kids. Some of the active ingredients, like pyrethrins, in dog shampoo are harmful to kids' health.
Rubbing Alcohol
Thoroughly rinse your hair with rubbing alcohol and leave for about half an hour. Wash and apply heavy conditioning. Repeat the procedure every week. The lice will be completely gone after a few repetitions.
Olive Oil and White Vinegar
Leave your hair soaked in olive oil overnight. In the morning, wash the hair to remove the oil. Rinse hair with white vinegar. After five minutes, rinse with lukewarm water to remove the vinegar. Repeat this procedure for four nights. This is a good home treatment head louse because it not only removes the lice but also dissolves the nits.
Neem Oil and Neem Leaves
Neem oil is a popular Indian product. If you can find neem oil, soak hair in it and leave for a about an hour. Then wash with a shampoo. Brush the hair with a fine-toothed comb to remove the dead lice. If you cannot find neem oil but get neem leaves, you can make your own remedy for lice. Boil a handful of neem leaves in a large mug of water. Soak your hair in this water for a few minutes. Shampoo and rinse with plain water.
Hairdryer
Recently, research has shown that half an hour of treating hair with a hair-drying device effectively exterminates the eggs and lice. A special device called the LouseBuster is being developed by Larada Sciences, a spin-off company of the University of Utah. Meanwhile you can use your own home hairdryer to clean your child's head of lice. Please take care not to heat the kid's face with excess heat.
