PLEASE NOTE MOOLIN ROUGE IS ONLY ONE APARTMENT - Different rates below are for different number of guests staying! If you're after a quiet Guardian-readers type space for the more artyleftycultured traveller in Liverpool (ie - not suitable for big noisy get-togethers sorry!) Moolin Rouge Apartment is a very homely second floor apartment with free wireless internet which sleeps up to four people right in the cultural heart of Liverpool City Centre's Bold Street. With easy collection of keys from premises downstairs and with all bedding towels etc. provided the apartment is right opposite Liverpool's arthouse cinema complex FACT and radical bookshop News From Nowhere and within 2 minutes walking distance of various bars caf‚s and art galleries. The apartment consists of one large and very quiet double glazed bedroom with a king sized bed a bathroom with bath and shower a living room with a luxury inflatable double AeroBed (when booked for more than 2 guests) and a fully fitted kitchen. Features Include: - Large bright bedroom with king sized bed and outlook on Roman Catholic Cathedral (or the top of it at least)- Fully equipped kitchen including microwave fridge oven and hob- Full laundry facilities including washer dryer and iron- Free wireless broadband internet- BT Vision Digital television with hundreds of hours of free programming for guests to watch including HBO and Paramount- DVD player (multi-region) and stereo system with fairly artyleft-wing DVD library (er and Murder She Wrote boxsets...)- Digital radio including all local and national DAB stations - Playstation 2 games console with various family games- 2 goldfish to stare at although they don't do very much- Nice pictures of cows hanging on the walls hence the tenuously linked name. Please note the apt is no smoking throughout and a quiet zone after 11pm! Free parking on street between 6pm and 8am. No staghen parties sorry!

BY TRAIN OR COACH: From Lime St train station Norton St coach station: Walk towards main shopping road in city centre Church Street. At the top of Church Street cross over the road to Bold Street and walk up Bold Street towards the top of the road. The door to the apartment block is near the top on the left above a shop called Red Lotus and opposite the fruit and veg stall....BY CAR: Please note parking information below. Follow directions at the end of M62 for Liverpool city centre. Bold Street is at the top of main shopping road in the city centre Church Street (bombed out church on Hardman St is at the other end) ........BY AIR: Take bus train or cab from airport into city centre and follow directions above......BY HOT AIR BALLOON: Descend gently on to roof of flat near top of Bold St. Climb down drain pipe into second floor window.....BY HORSE: Bring your steed to a halt outside the fruit and veg stall whereupon a bag of carrots can be purchased for a shilling. Tie steed to lamppost. Approach flat with caution...... ............The apartment is right in the middle of Liverpool city centre on Bold Street which is often pedestrianised - there is only limited 2 hour parking (or free 6pm-8am on weeknights) available accordingly outside the apartment but there are various car parks around Liverpool city centre.
