The Three Tees is a non-smoking family-run 9 bedroom licensed hotel with a friendly and informal atmosphere. We are situated in the quiet Lusty Glaze area of Newquay a short walk from the beach and 1015 mins walk from the town centre. Children and Pets welcome - we do not cater for groups. Rated AA 3 Star Guest Accommodation AA Red Diamond Award 2005-2007 Highly Commended 2007-9. All of our non-smoking bedrooms are fully en-suite or with private bathroom and have colour televisions and teacoffee making facilities. Adjacent to our large dining room is a cosy bar and conservatory opening onto an attractive fully-enclosed garden. A collection of childrens books videos and games is situated in our large non-smoking lounge.

By Road- From the A30 take the A392 signposted Newquay. At Quintrell Downs roundabout take the right hand turn (A3058) signposted Porth. At the crossroads following the BP Garage go straight over and take the third turning on your right - you'll see us straight ahead. By TrainCoach- We're less than 5 minutes ride by taxi from either station. By Plane- We're a short 6 mile hop from the airport.
