Then, the yolks should be combined and two tablespoons of sugar, lemon peel, cinnamon and salt should be combined in a medium bowl. Beat this till it turns thick with the help of an electric mixer for about two minutes and stir in almond mixture. Beat the egg whites with clean beaters in a large bowl until there are soft peaks and gradually add four tablespoons of sugar and beat until it turns stiff, but not dry. One would then need to fold big spoonfuls of whites into the almond mixture and then gently fold in the remaining whites. Following this, one can bake until the tester that has been inserted into the center comes out clean, for about half an hour. This low carb diet recipe should help in making a tasty and healthy cake.
