They can be warmed in various ways but one of the easiest ways to keep stones warm without getting them too hot is to put them in a crock pot and cover them with water. Hot stones have become very popular in many high end spas and salons and many schools are now teaching this technique. It is quickly becoming a favorite among clients and the massage therapists that are using the stones now say they are their most important piece of massage equipment.
