Mother's Day is celebrated around the world at a different time of the year for example in US it will be celebrated on 18th of March and in UK on the 13th of May this year. It is always the thought that matters and the more you put into a Mother's Day greeting card the more your mother will feel and enjoy the attention and efforts you invested. Making a Mother's Day greeting card yourself is probably the best way to show your mother how much she means to you because it takes time and effort to make one from scratch. Depending on your skills you can choose to pain or draw a Mother's Day greeting card or if you don't have either of those skills then you can make one from the crafts readily available in the market. If you visit any craft section in a department store such as Wal-Mart you will find greeting card making kits for different occasions, which will help you create any type of greeting card.

Of course quoting famous writers and adding a poem written by someone else is always welcome and your mother will understand and the cherish the fact that you searched to find the right poem and writing that would best match what you felt for her and penned it down in your own handwriting in the Mother's Day greeting card.
