These adults also suffer from mobility problems because it is harder to get around if one is obese.

The researchers who have pointed out the problem have also offered information to combat the problem. Nutritionists have shown people how to have a more nutritious diet which will help them reduce obesity. Medical professionals have provided information on exercise that can help people combat obesity. Other medical professionals have provided some more drastic measures like gastric bypass surgery for those that are morbidly obese.
