The physical fitness gurus have figured out that every person should exercise as much as possible for optimum fitness. These people are usually very fit themselves, and they realize that a physical fitness routine will benefit every person. Each person burns so many calories with exercise, and people should not eat more calories than they burn through physical activity.
The medical professionals have figured out what causes obesity. People eat too much and do not exercise enough so they become obese. The medical professionals agree that obesity is very dangerous to the health. Obesity will cause serious diseases including diabetes, heart disease and stroke. Many medical professionals advise their patients to eat properly and exercise for at least thirty minutes every day. The doctors and nurses in charge of the health of the public agree that people should eat the most nutritious diet possible. These professionals also agree that their patients should do some kind of physical exercise which could include jogging, swimming or speed walking.
