They can also submit questions to the person that currently owns the real estate, so that they can make sure this is something that they actually want to purchase.

An online real estate auction is usually a good idea for those that want to purchase real estate in a different place, or those that want to find real estate cheaply. However you need to make sure that you are taking appropriate steps to make sure that the real estate you are purchasing is actually what you are buying. As with all online auctions, you need to be sure that you are not getting ripped off.
