By M. A. Fulmar
Of the many things that can cause you distress, Celexa and panic attacks remain at the top of the list. In order to fully live your life and be able to do the things that you want to do, you need to be able to know how to get a handle on your Celexa and panic attacks before they control you.
Symptoms
Knowing your own personal symptoms when it comes to Celexa and panic attacks is one of the most important things because each person will end up exhibiting these a little differently. One of the worst things about Celexa and panic attacks is not knowing what is going on. You might feel like you can't breathe and your heart is going to stop and you might find yourself being terrified for no reason. If you know that these are the symptoms of your Celexa and panic attacks you are going to be able to deal with it because you can tell yourself that you know what is going on and you know that it is all going to be over and done with soon.
Therapy
Going to therapy can help you control your Celexa and panic attacks in two ways. First of all, it can help you to figure out what exactly causes your Celexa and panic attacks, and if the causes are something that you can do anything about. If the causes happen to be things that you can work on, you can do your best to either avoid the things that cause your attacks or to deal with the things that you are afraid of so that they don't cause any further attacks.
Another way that therapy is useful is that you can decide on what your plan of action is going to be so that when you have Celexa and panic attacks you know what you should do. If you know what you can do to calm yourself down and to get through your Celexa and panic attacks you are going to be able to deal with it in a much better way.
Remember that sometimes medication is used as well, and this will actually help you to control the physical signs and aspects of Celexa and panic attacks. This will help your attacks be even less prevalent and will help so that they don't control your life any more.
