There is also something that is known as cognitive behavior therapy, and during sessions with your psychiatrist or psychologist, you will be able to learn how to better understand your panic attacks and as well you will learn how to properly deal with them which of course is just as important if not more so. The actual behavioral part of this therapy involves that of learning of ways to cope with your anxiety, such as using breathing and relaxation techniques for example.
