Pregnancy is a time in your life when you are going to be going through many changes. There are hormonal changes that you should be aware of, and other kinds of changes that you might not even know are going on in your body. Something that is common is to have panic attacks during pregnancy.

However, you should consult your doctor if you are having panic attacks during pregnancy because there could be something that is wrong with you or with the baby that is making you have these attacks.
