The RLS sensations and symptoms can easily be controlled by one of the many over the counter medicines available to you at just about any store. Tylenol or Aleve seem to be popular choices. Both have the ingredients to help you deal with the pain. If you can locate a brand that also offers PM in the name, this will do wonders for helping you sleep better. If the pain becomes too severe, it is recommended that you seek a diagnosis from your physician. There may be a prescription that will work with you. Restless leg syndrome can affect you at any age.
