It is important you don't use the sauna when under medications that can cause drowsiness as accidents can happen very easily when the temperature reaches 140 degrees Fahrenheit; also stay away if you have any heart disease that will accentuate in high temperatures. Children must always use the sauna under close supervision and pregnant women should be kept out at all times.
