You should, however, check with a doctor before you make a far infrared sauna part of your daily routine. There are some people who have health conditions that are not made better by the use of saunas, and are in fact made worse. To make sure that a sauna will benefit you, a doctor might run several tests to assess your overall health. Then, you should always remember to follow the instructions when it comes to using your far infrared saunas. You should not use it more than recommended.
