The applicability and reliability of these small scale successes hold the secret for a better tomorrow where we will not depend any longer on the non-renewable sources of energy and save this planet from global warming for one.

Look around you – there are great lessons everywhere in the nature. The Nature is constantly teaching you something new. Are you able to see it? If yes, are you able to apply the use of it in today's context? The helicopter was engineered with the dragon fly in mind and the movement was inspired from the humming bird's ability to float in the same spot for a duration of time . The airplane too has been engineered after the dragon fly, though it took some 20 years of hard work to make it work.

The aero-dynamism of the cheetah has been captured in the model and design of many motorcycles of today. Electricity, steam, windmills, are all “borrowed” concepts from Nature. There are many such examples in Nature than can be found and “copied” to help in today's society.

Having a solar power house would mean something like that. One needs to make the best out of the lessons that Nature is giving you. It is indeed high time to look out for workable alternatives for energy and fuel, lest there would come a time when everything would come to a standstill from a lack of alternatives.

The solar power house has been proven to be an extremely viable project in small scale applications. Sometimes, a solar power unit would not provide enough energy for the whole house. In this case it would be possible to use an alternative form of energy to make up for the lack of power. It might not be possible to immediately draw an alternate plan – but it is possible to look into the opportunity.

The greatest advantage of having a solar power house is that is that you are consistently using a form of energy that is friendly to the environment. As well as this there is another benefit and it's the fact that solar power is a free form of energy and in the end you are going to save a lot of money on your power bill at the end of the month. Otherwise it also provides a brilliant way out from the upcoming global crisis of non-renewable sources of energy and their applications.

Since the solar power house has proved successful, this can be the first step on the path to our energy self-sufficiency.
