Wedding Shoes Depend on the Venue
By Barbara Kelly
Wedding shoes can be beautiful, and they can be absent depending on where the wedding takes place. On a beach in Hawaii, the bride and groom may both go barefoot. They do not have to do any shoe shopping at all. They might want to have a nice pedicure the week before but they do not have to scour the malls for just the right pair of shoes to match the tuxedo and gown that will be replaced by a sarong and some shorts. The beach wedding shoes will be absent as will the squished bunions and hurtful corns. The bride and groom will not have to worry at the beach about the stockings to wear with their shoes.
The groom has less to worry about when picking out his wedding shoes even if it is not at the beach. Special shoes can often be rented along with the tuxedo, or the groom can wear a pair of special dress shoes that he knows will be comfortable. The groom may want to have a special pair of wedding shoes made in soft leather that go with the outfit of his choice. These shoes could be rented or purchased for the special event. He may want to wear the shoes before the big day to make sure that they are comfortable.
Comfortable and Elegant Wedding Shoes Are Usual for a Bride
The bride should take special care when selecting shoes if it is anywhere but the beach. The bride's dress is usually an elegant dress that is suitable for a solemn ceremony in a special setting. The bride will have the most beautiful dress of her life so she will probably want the perfect wedding shoes. These wedding shoes must be the most beautiful shoes of her life. Well, that is up for debate because under most wedding dresses the shoes do not show even a little bit.
The bride will want to have comfortable shoes and will probably want beautiful shoes even though they will not be seen much. She will probably have to have new shoes so she should probably wear them as much as possible before the wedding to make sure that they are comfortable. No one wants to have aching feet during their very special wedding day. There are many tales of brides whose wedding shoes were really a pair of sneakers. They did not have to worry because the shoes could not be seen much under the dress, and they were definitely comfortable
