Your schedule may entail an early morning start, and it may continue all through the day until sunset, or late evening. So, you need to be able to spare the time and make the effort before you can learn the basics of yoga and then progress on to the more advanced areas later on. It may also mean eating only vegetarian meals. As they say, nothing comes without sacrifice – so be prepared for a lifestyle change as well.
